Hey I just saw this breathing excersise kinda thing so I'm going to try it. If you want to this is how you do it:

Hey people just doing this breathing thingy. So this is how you do it.

Rules:
1. Hold your breathe while holding the (.) button
2. Let go when you can't hold your breath anymore

Here we go!
